Hulu Hiring Work at Home Customer Service Associates

Hulu is seeking work at home customer service to work on a part and full-time basis in California.  As a customer support associate, you will be supporting customers via phone, email, and chat.

You must live within a two-hour drive of Santa Monica to qualify for these positions.

Further Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • Exude real empathy and passion about our users and our product. You genuinely understand how much $7.99 can mean to a user and can just as easily commiserate with users about a winter content hiatus
  • Think outside of the box to find creative compromises and solutions
  • Adapt well to, and get excited about change
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with others, from users to fellow CC advocates
  • Blaze forward independently but work well with your teammates
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude. You’re flexible and have no problem quickly switching gears to better accommodate the needs of our users or our team
  • Are humble and patient
  • Value accountability across the board and take ownership of issues from start to finish
  • Flexible schedule. We are open 365 days a year with support hours from 5am – 10pm PST weekdays and 6am – 10pm PST on weekends
  • Fluency with Windows Operating Systems
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional experience preferred

Finally, you must have a quiet home office, free of distractions and noise, as well as high-speed Internet access.
