Work at Home: Customer Service Agent Jobs with EllisLab

Web application company EllisLab is seeking work-at-home customer service professionals to assist customers.  You will be interacting with the company’s clients on a daily basis, helping them troubleshoot and solve problems related to building, developing, and maintaining websites using the company’s Web publishing platforms.

Experience with the company’s software is not required,  but you do need to understand the basic concepts behind CMS software and understand website construction. Additionally, you must be focused on customer care, learn quickly, and be able to perform independently.

You must have previous customer care experience in tech support, and you must be a skilled written communicator.  Finally, you must have experience with HTML, CSS, and other technologies utilized in website design.  Experience with the company’s products is preferred.

Benefits include a health stipend/benefits, a computer/software allowance, and the opportunity to work independently and not be micromanaged.  This position is entry-level. Salary is dependent upon experience.  No third-party agencies, please.
