Requirements (from job listing):

  • Proven strong customer-service skills
  • Effective leadership skills with previous supervisory experience
  • Good organization and time management; sets priorities and meets deadlines
  • Strong analytical, decision making, and problem solving skills
  • Strong written and oral communication; strong interpersonal and listening
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Internet savvy
  • Extremely detail oriented; self-disciplined, reliable; strong work ethic
  • Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required

You must have a dedicated and quiet home office, free from background noise.  You must also have your own computer, printer, and high-speed Internet service.  Finally, you must live in or around the South Orange County/Rancho Santa Margarita area.
