Work at Home Social Media Specialist with U-Haul

U-Haul is seeking a work-at-home social media support specialist! This is a part-time position.  Pay is $11.00 to $12.00 per hour.  You will be monitoring, responding to, tracking, and reporting on online discussions about U-Haul, as well as serving as a representative for the company and its affiliates.

You must have your high school diploma or its equivalent, be experienced in social media, have one to two years in a corporate office environment that is customer focused, and be a quick learner.

Requirements (from job listing):

• MUST have own Computer & Internet to function this Work From Home position.
• MUST be able to work 10-15 hours per week.
• 1-2 years of experience with customer service
• Understanding of how to use a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Foursquare, Pinterest, blogs, forums, etc.).
• Detail Oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to blog and understand blogging best practices
• Advocate should be able to type at least 40 WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
• Determining the problem/sentiment of each post and how we would respond to it.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Ability to utilize our monitoring tool following training.
• Ability to utilize mobile applications.
• Passionate about U-Haul!
