Health Net Inc, a managed care company, is seeking work-at-home

case managers in Tempe, AZ and Woodland Hills, CA.  You must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.  A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

You must have an active, valid, and unrestricted California or Arizona registered nurse license, and you must have a minimum of three years clinical experience.  Also, you must have a minimum one year of case management experience.  Health plan experience is also preferred.

Additionally, you must have a strong knowledge of NCQA, federal, and state regulations and requirements, and you must be computer proficient, with experience utilizing Microsoft Office products.  You must have a quiet home office.
