Home-Based Community Support Jobs with The Yeomen

The Yeomen, Inc. is seeking full and part-time home-based community support agents in the U.S. This position is open anywhere with Internet.  However, you must have prior IT or tech help desk experience.

In this position, you will be answering tech support and customer service questions, identifying recurring problems, assisting in solving those issues, and escalating those identified for review. Additionally, you will be writing customer response templates and online help documents.

Requirements (from work-at-home job listing):

  • A background in IT or technical help desk work ( required ) .
  • Experience shooting or editing digital video (useful but not required).
  • Strong written communication skills and excellent attention to detail.
  • A willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges.
